At Premier Teachers, we understand how crucial it is to gain an in depth understanding of the complex and specific requirements of each individual SEN educational setting before we actually support the staffing needs.

We will carefully match the personality, skills and experience of our staff to your school and each individual role. Our consultants will proactively volunteer to spend time within each setting or classes within the setting to fully understand what would be required of our staff on both day to day, longer term placements and permanent hires.

We work across the broadest range of positions and roles for our SEN schools including Teachers, specialist SEND Teaching Assistants and school leaders in short term temp, longer term temporary, temp to perm and perm opportunities. Our consultants are on hand both in and out of school hours.
