We completely understand that personality fit is as key as the skills fit when making the crucial match of a Teacher or TA to primary school and the ethos and priorities can vary from school to school (or academy to academy!).

We understand that primary schools need a local, flexible and proactive temp workforce for permanent, fixed term, long term and short term temp cover – our staff should be prompt, prepared and ready to fully engage with the teaching ethos and message of each individual primary school, leaving a great impression and becoming a ‘favourite’ of the school. We specialise in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 positions, covering all areas of primary education life.

We look for educational staff with key ‘additional’ skills in order to fully support each schools’ focus and specific needs, skills such as PE coaching, Literacy/Numeracy booster sessions, Music/Drama, languages and of course, SEND support in the classroom, whether that be ASD, EAL, MLD, SpLD, PMLD or specific SEMH needs. Our consultants are on hand both in and out of school hours.
