We require a Recruitment Consultant for our expanding business. We are open to applications from trainees through to experienced staff who have worked in the sector and are looking for a senior role.

If you are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service within the education recruitment sector, we would love to hear from you. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who have worked as a Teacher, TA or worked in a similar sales roles in another company.

In this exciting role you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates and carrying out compliance checks. You will be contacting local schools to meet their staffing needs and conducting client visits. In addition, you will be monitoring staff once placed in schools to make sure the placement is successful.

You will have:

  • A strong sales/customer service background, either within recruitment or similar fast paced environment.
  • The ability to multi task and work at pace.
